Yin and Yang manifested within the tangible realm of duality. In the realm of Spirit, all is unified—an androgynous state where female and male are integrated as one. In our physical reality, an apparent division exists. Chi originates from the dynamic interplay of Yin and Yang, serving as a constant within the unified field of the Cosmos. It is understood that all phenomena are formed from chi, and each living entity possesses its unique manifestation of chi. Chi integrates both the spiritual and the physical. In one form, it is rarified and ethereal—this leans more toward Yang. Matter, on the other hand, is a condensed, decelerated form of chi—this aligns more with Yin. Life is fundamentally energy. All living beings consist of atoms and molecules in perpetual motion. When atoms rotate clockwise, health is present. When they rotate counterclockwise, disease manifests. (Jin Shin Jyutsu) The “life force body” represents the flow of the Creator within us. It animates the physical body; without it, we would perish. This life force body, or etheric body, is a precise duplicate of the physical body. It circulates along specific, unseen “wires” or pathways known as meridians. Where pain or disease is encountered, an energy obstruction exists. Occasionally, an excess of energy weakens the system. When the meridians are unblocked, our bodies possess an inherent capacity for self-healing. We consistently strive toward homeostasis—a return to equilibrium. All is energy, simply atoms oscillating in and out of existence. When one remains as pure self, with only source awareness present, all movements are merely a pulse of energy originating from infinite creation. Consequently, every movement carries an intention, a purpose, and is executed with the utmost level of interconnectedness. This extends from the highest energy and pure light down to the physical framework of reality, influencing all aspects of the body down to the cellular level.

Everything in creation is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the world – known as an Aura – is a scientifically proven fact. The Chinese refer to this energy as ‘Chi’ (pronounced Chee), the vital life force energy of the Universe, present within every living thing. Solar – from sunlight, – invigorating and promotes good health – through sunbathing Air – absorbed into lungs through breathing and is absorbed by the energy centers of the bioplasmic body. The energy centers are called chakras. More Air prana can be absorbed by deep, slow, rythmic breathing than by short, shallow breathing. It can also be absorbed through thr pores of the skin by persons who have undergone certain training. Ground Prana – this is absorbed through the soles of the feet. This is done automatically, unconsciously. Walking barefoot increases the amount of ground prana absorbed by the body. One can learn to consciously draw in more ground prana and increase one’s vitality, capacity to do more work, and ability to think more clearly.!

The integrity of the food we consume is also a portion of the energy our biological body willinheret. Living energy rich foods will transfer that energy into our cells, as for food that is very porcessed and low in living energy at the time of consumtion will not carry the same value of life into our cells, making it less valiable and may actually be more taxing to the body creating more waiste for the body to have to process having to burn more energy the maybe the actual energy tat it will gather out of it.
