The emotion of fear emanates waves of long, low, and slow frequency, and these waves connect to and activate a very limited number of DNA coding strands. Conversely, the emotion of love generates waves of high frequency, short, and fast wavelength, activating a significantly greater number of DNA coding sites. Human DNA is fundamentally responsive to two primary emotions: fear and love. All other emotions experienced by humans are essentially variations or offshoots of these two core emotions. Love can be represented as a sine wave of high frequency, while fear can be depicted as a sine wave of low frequency. When the heart experiences either of these emotions, signals are transmitted to the brain, which then formulates the thoughts that are necessary for the situation. All thought processes originate within the heart; therefore, emotions set energy into motion. The heart contains neurons, or brain cells, and it serves as the central point of your physical being. Pure awareness, or consciousness, along with the emotions generated by the physical heart, directs the flow of life force throughout your entire body. This sustained pure awareness sends out emotional and electrical signals throughout your body, in conjunction with the brain, to complete the physical human experience. The brain functions as a reliable servant, a mechanism, while the heart acts as the guiding compass. As these waves propagate through the DNA, they interact with specific points on the DNA, thereby activating them. Fear, being a lower frequency, activates fewer DNA segments, whereas love, a higher frequency, activates a greater number of DNA segments. The neural activity within DNA inspired by love operates much more rapidly and efficiently than that generated by fear, according to a research study conducted by the Institute of HeartMath. The shape of DNA was observed to change in response to the feelings of the researchers involved in the study. When the researchers experienced feelings of gratitude, love, and appreciation, the DNA responded by relaxing, the strands unwound, and the overall length of the DNA increased. Conversely, when the researchers experienced feelings of anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by tightening, becoming shorter, and deactivating numerous DNA codes.

Yin and Yang manifested within the tangible realm of duality. In the realm of Spirit, all is unified—an androgynous state where female and male are integrated as one. In our physical reality, an apparent division exists. Chi originates from the dynamic interplay of Yin and Yang, serving as a constant within the unified field of the Cosmos. It is understood that all phenomena are formed from chi, and each living entity possesses its unique manifestation of chi. Chi integrates both the spiritual and the physical. In one form, it is rarified and ethereal—this leans more toward Yang. Matter, on the other hand, is a condensed, decelerated form of chi—this aligns more with Yin. Life is fundamentally energy. All living beings consist of atoms and molecules in perpetual motion. When atoms rotate clockwise, health is present. When they rotate counterclockwise, disease manifests. (Jin Shin Jyutsu) The “life force body” represents the flow of the Creator within us. It animates the physical body; without it, we would perish. This life force body, or etheric body, is a precise duplicate of the physical body. It circulates along specific, unseen “wires” or pathways known as meridians. Where pain or disease is encountered, an energy obstruction exists. Occasionally, an excess of energy weakens the system. When the meridians are unblocked, our bodies possess an inherent capacity for self-healing. We consistently strive toward homeostasis—a return to equilibrium. All is energy, simply atoms oscillating in and out of existence. When one remains as pure self, with only source awareness present, all movements are merely a pulse of energy originating from infinite creation. Consequently, every movement carries an intention, a purpose, and is executed with the utmost level of interconnectedness. This extends from the highest energy and pure light down to the physical framework of reality, influencing all aspects of the body down to the cellular level.

Everything in creation is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. One can learn to consciously draw in more ground prana and increase one’s vitality, capacity to do more work, and ability to think more clearly.!

Expanding with love


At this juncture in time, we are in the process of recollecting and integrating all facets of life back into a state of oneness. From our source conscious awareness, which is simply present, to all the other elements of creation, such as the biological temple we call our body, the extended elements within our body, such as our energy centers, nutritional nourishing elements, the elements of physical movement energy, the element of emotional energy, the biological cellular health element, as well as the phenomena of the mind and thought. All of these elements collectively create the whole universal expression we recognize as life in this world. Currently, we are expanding our integrated oneness to include an integrated oneness with each other and our larger sacred temple, which is this planet. We are expanding with love towards infinity. The only point to remember is to maintain compassion for those who are not allowing themselves to be who they truly are. Those who are suffering from the pains of their own mind, from which you have healed yourself or are on the path to doing so. I remind you that there is no inherent evil in this world, only spirits who have forgotten their true nature and are simply expressing their pain, not realizing that they are temporary and merely playing out their own personal identifications to suffering, which we now understand to be an illusion. Expand with love to all, offering compassion as they need it most.
 * Participate in satsang. Satsang (good company) is nearly as crucial on the spiritual path as meditation itself. Associate more frequently with spiritually inclined individuals. Consciously attune yourself to their vibrations. As you receive from others, reciprocate with love and appreciation. Satsang is also important for another reason: when spiritually inclined people gather, especially for meditation, they amplify the magnetism of everyone present. Yogananda referred to this phenomenon as “the law of invisible vibratory exchange.”
 * Engage in meditation. If you anticipate exposure to tamasic (heavy) vibrations, dedicate time to meditation beforehand. Subsequently, harmonize the vibrations of your heart. Next, consciously radiate peaceful vibrations outward from your heart center into your environment. For human energy exhibits two modes of expression: giving and receiving or absorbing. If you can consciously enter the giving mode, you will find yourself significantly less affected by external influences, whether positive or negative.
 * Practice chanting. Mentally chant, according to the sincere call of your heart: for example, “I am Thine. Be Thou mine,” or, less personally, “I am light. I am love. I am a fountain of unending peace!” Direct the heart’s energy upward to the point between the eyebrows. Feel yourself enveloped and embraced by the divine light.
 * Chant AUM TAT SAT. In the privacy of your meditation space, place your arms down at your sides. Then, mentally chanting AUM, bring them upward, straight out to the sides, with your palms facing up, until you join the palms high above your head. Mentally construct an aura of upward-moving light around your body. Extend your arms forward, with your palms touching. Then, move them outward and around your body in a broad circle until the palms or fingers touch once again behind your back. Mentally, while repeating this process, chant, “AUM-TAT-SAT.” (The ‘a’ sounds in TAT-SAT are pronounced short, with an “uh” sound: “TUT-SUT.”) [This mantra is the Hindu equivalent of the Christian Trinity: AUM signifies the Cosmic Sound or Holy Ghost; TAT, the Kutastha Chaitanya or Christ Consciousness; and SAT, the Father aspect of God, the Spirit beyond all vibration.] Repeat this sequence at least three times. After completing it, feel yourself surrounded by that protective vibration.
 * Withdraw your energy. Attempt to avoid looking into the eyes of, or shaking hands with, individuals whose vibrations are negative. This avoidance may occasionally present social challenges, so I do not insist upon it, but I must state that these are two of the most potent methods by which magnetism is exchanged between people. (This is a lesser-known reason for the palms-folded greeting, the namaskar, which Indians traditionally use in place of the handshake.)
 * Bring a spiritual bodyguard. When you find yourself needing to enter a disharmonious environment, keep a spiritual “bodyguard” with you: someone who is on the same spiritual wavelength as you, to assist in maintaining your strong magnetism.
 * Block their energy. If you perceive yourself under psychic attack from anyone, use your thumb to mentally place a cross of blue light on the attacker. Perform this with sufficient willpower, and harmful energy will be unable to reach you, but will return to its sender. Direct good energy along with the blocking energy, that your attacker may be healed of their anger. A mantra to repeat in such situations is “AUM hreeng kleeng Krishnaya namaha.” (The first ‘a’ in Krishnaya is pronounced as in our “ah.” The other ‘a’ sounds are pronounced as in “uh.”)
 * Listen to uplifting music. One of the most effective ways to surround yourself with positive vibrations is to listen to or play uplifting music.
 * Spend time with saints. Most importantly, endeavor to keep the company of saints. They will support you, even from a distance, through their subtle magnetic influence. If you do not know such individuals, read their biographies; visit places where they resided; associate with those who knew them. If possible, listen to recordings of their voices.
 * Develop your own magnetism. Be conscious, above all, of your own developing magnetism. Feel it surrounding you as you walk, flowing through you as you converse with others. Extend it to the people in your vicinity; include them in your aura. The more you act as a conduit of blessing to others, the more you yourself will be blessed. Your magnetism will be enhanced, and your efforts to reach God will be greatly accelerated.
